Explore The Unknown Diversity of Del Puerto Canyon

Information on Del Puerto canyon and the proposed dam.

CSU Stanislaus Fall 2019 Freshwater Ecology Study on the benthic invertebrate diversity from early to late summer.

Many species inhabit the canyon, from large mammals to small benthic invertebrates.

How and why to help save the diversity of Del Puerto Canyon.

ABOUT US >

We are students of the Freshwater Ecology class at CSU Stanislaus Fall 2019. We choose to study this stream system because it is a great resource for students.

The Del Puerto Canyon's stream systems are a major resource for many people in our community. The stream systems provide a natural ecosystem habitat for various species that would be lost by the Del Puerto Reservoir Project.
